Educational Leaders Use Of Blogging
Blogs can be used by educational
leaders as a tool to communicate and collaborate. They are important because
they allow leaders to provide and receive feedback from others about common
interests or research. In this format educational leaders can share goals, thoughts
and/or situations then allow colleagues to review and reflect and give advice
or further insight. Blogs also offer educational leaders a place to find
solutions to shared problems or work towards a shared goal. It can be used as a
public diary that users write in to benefit one another.

I completely agree with you that blogs can be used for communication and collaboration. Collaboration is a big key in being a successful leader.
