  1. This a great topic. I like that you have gone a direction with Athletics. Coincidentally we have just had an incident at my school with an athlete and cussing a teacher out. Athletes need to be held to a higher standard because they need to be leaders. Academics also need to be a priority for athletes. You have alot of data collection plans and this looks to be a very interesting research project. I believe you will have a good end result. I will be interested to see how this turns out.

  2. I really like the direction you are going with your project. Often athletes are the "leaders" in classroom and not in a good way, they will act up so everyone else will as well. I think your school will benefit greatly from such a plan. You look to be set up for a good project.

  3. I am glad to see we are both going in the same direction since our projects are similar. I am curious to follow the different approaches you are taking on your project. Maybe I will be able to use some of your ideas in the future.

  4. I like it. I think you will not only learn a lot about your students, but also about the teachers as well. I read that 5% of teachers submit 90% of the referrals. If that is the case, your redirection sheet is probably going to be a really cool tool to help those teachers. I see a lot of collaboration in your future!

  5. Our athletes need to be held to a higher standard on but especially off the playing field. They need to understand that in order to properly represent their school and community they must take great pride in the way they are perceived in their school and community.
